Monique is an experienced Project Staff Coordinator and Administrator with more than 20 years of expertise in planning, scheduling, and resource management across a diverse range of industries, including tourism and travel, oil and gas, and the grain sector.
Since joining the company in March 2017, Monique has been responsible for the allocation and coordination of Safeworking Personnel across all levels and a broad portfolio of projects throughout Victoria’s Accredited Rail Operators (AROs). In addition to workforce planning and resource management, she contributes to the preparation of proposals and tenders and supports the administration and delivery of small-scale projects.
Monique possesses extensive knowledge of the Victorian rail network, including the competencies, qualifications, and compliance requirements necessary for Safeworking Personnel to perform their duties in accordance with established Safeworking standards.
