Highly Skilled Workforce

We provide best in class Safeworking and project site staff.  Our training and mentoring programs are designed around growing careers. Along their journey with us our staff are exposed to a wide variety of worksites, protection methods and rail networks allowing them to gain valuable experience and become highly sought after safeworkers.  We continue to support our staff by allocating senior safeworkers to mentor all levels of competency within our group - from entry level Lookouts through to the highly sought after Level 5/Competent Employees.  We ensure that our workers are competent to deliver in their duties - just because they have a competency doesn't automatically make them competent.

 

Whilst it is critical to have the appropriate qualifications, it is equally important that our people work alongside our clients and embed themselves as part of our the workgroups.  We focus on providing solutions to our clients by actively engaging in discussions and planning that ensures we get maximum track time when on site.  Our reputation in our industry is one of extensive experience, high competence and a partnering attitude.

The rail operating environment can be extremely complex.

With multiple authorities and a myriad of differing rules and operating procedures, it pays to use the team who know how to navigate these complexities.

Leaders in Technology

Streamlining process and ensuring accuracy through the rostering, site management and client liaison cycle

 

At ActivateRail, we utilise technology that enables us to work more efficiently yet never compromise the safety of ourselves or others.

 

Our rostering system is state of the art enabling our field staff access to critical information both in relation to a specific project or generic rules and regulations.  It won't allow us to place a person onto a job unless they have all the competencies, inductions and training required.

 

We have moved the majority of our site based documentation from paper to screen.  This allows for the completion of pre-starts, SMWS and other safety critical documentation to be viewed and signed off on onscreen.  This is then easily forwarded in real time to our clients and stakeholders.
