Jordon joined the team in 2020 as our Training & Compliance Coordinator and plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the business. Her responsibilities include managing staff compliance, maintaining internal company systems, coordinating staff resourcing and job allocations, supporting project delivery, and facilitating employee training and professional development.

With a strong background in the rail and construction industries, Jordon brings extensive experience in job scheduling, project coordination, contract preparation, reporting, and client engagement. Her diverse industry knowledge and organisational expertise contribute significantly to the efficient delivery of our services.
