Camilla Smith
Camilla supports the operational and commercial coordination of ActivateRail, drawing on a diverse background in the FMCG sector across various customer-facing roles. She plays a central role in maintaining internal systems, tracking business performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration between ActivateRail and the broader Sterling Group.
Prior to joining ActivateRail, Camilla held a range of positions within the manufacturing sector, where she supported both internal and external stakeholders. Her strengths lie in stakeholder engagement, communication, problem-solving and organisation. She has contributed to a broad spectrum of initiatives, from digital transitions to sustainability reporting.
Camilla holds a Bachelor of Business from Swinburne University of Technology, majoring in Economics and co-majoring in Environmental Sustainability. Recognised as the highest-achieving student in her Economics major, she brings a thoughtful, future-focused mindset to her work.
